Way too long....

A good blogger, I am not.  Shame on me.  But, in light of my desire to "update" a are some of my latest "pieces" of work.  I don't just do one medium... I love photography, obviously, but I do lots of different forms of art... Here's the latest.  Furniture "up-scaling".  I love to take a piece of furniture and re-create it.  It's best if I get the piece for free or super cheap at a flea market or some such... these were all pieces I had on hand that needed a face lift.  I'm hoping to do a lot more and offer things for sale - everything's for sale, right? :)

Links to recent photography added

I am striving to be more diligent about posting. One thing I realised is that I am very behind in posting recent photography and other work. Please see the "links" in the upper right of the blog page to connect to some recent photography.

I will try to post more as I am able.

Photography wins 2nd Place

I am very pleased to announce that I won 2nd place in a local calendar contest with one of my photos. I entered 12. I have yet to see the calendar, but know that at least 2 of my photos will be in the calendar (May and July). The picture that won 2nd place is entitled "It's Contagious" and is of my best girl, Spirit.

The picture that was selected for May is entitled "Memorial Day"

I'm honored to have even been selected, let alone having won a prize!
